A conservator protects a person's assets when the protected person lacks capacity to
conduct his or her own financial affairs. I provide services representing petitioners,
conservators, respondents (or protected persons) as well as interested parties.
Guardianships
A guardian cares for the person who does not have capacity to care for him- or herself.
I provide services representing people who petition for guardianship or defend against
a petition, and guardians, protected and interested persons.
Guardianship and Conservatorship costs
I provide services in guardianships and conservatorships on an hourly basis, plus costs.
Costs for guardianships and conservatorships of adults include the filing fee (ranging
from $78 to $662) and a court visitor fee ($450 - 500, sometimes more).
