I prepare wills, 'simple' or with various levels of trusts, and living trusts for the
(generally) nontaxable estate. I also prepare general and limited powers of attorney
and advance directives to physicians (the forms for which, in Oregon, include powers
of attorney for health care). Advice on existing estate plans. Focus is on effecting
your desires, meeting family needs and preventing disputes.

Flat fees available for simpler projects; larger projects are billed hourly, but I can
accommodate other arrangements depending on the nature and complexity of the work.
